TESNC: Slaughterfish Creatures

Slaughterfish meat has a highly unpleasant smell, and its texture is dry and mealy. Despite this, when prepared adequately it can be smoked, stuffed or used for meat pies. Its scales can be dried and then prepared as a crunchy treat in Morrowind, similar to kettle-cooked crisps.

The scales of slaughterfish also have modest magical properties, and can be used to contribute to water-breathing, cold-enduring, water-walking, and armor-enhancing potions, as well as personality, willpower and health poisons.
