Argonian Bloodwine Blood A sweet wine with an iron-salty aftertaste, traditionally made with Dunmeri blood by the An-Xileel tribe, with the blood of Nibenese by the Naga tribe, or the blood of wamasu by the Saxhleel tribe, mixed with argozog blood and then laced with the right kinds of spices, herbs, and fruits to promote fermentation. Orcs and Nords often import the bloodwine for its combination of a citrusy, pleasant taste and the alchemical properties it grants its imbibers, even in modest quantities, and the Bosmer import it mainly for the ingredients it features.

Cliff Racer Cocktail Colovian Brandy, Cyrodiilic Whiskey, Firebrand Wine, Sujamma A mixed drink invented by the legendary Argonian bartender Talen-Jei in Gideon, made from a mixture of strong Cyrodiilic ales, blended into a base of Sujamma. It's known as a concoction that comes out of nowhere, hits hard, and lingers for hours, much like the typical description a Dunmer would have given of the cliff racers, before their complete eradication, and the inspiration for the drink.

Hissmir Fish-Eye Rye Bervez Juice, Corn Flower, Fish, Lemon, Rye A seasonal beverage enjoyed during the New Life Festival. This Argonian drink has a terrible smell, which is why it should be imbibed only with plugged nostrils.
ESO: Crafted: Increase Magicka and Stamina Recovery by 457 for 2 hours. This drink will also grant you insights into what manner of fish spawn in various bodies of water, as well as alertness for nearby fish activity. These effects are scaled based on your level.
Velvet LeChance Blackberry, Honey, Nightshade, San's Spiced Wine Made from a base of Solitude's famous spiced wine, crushed blackberries, honey, and a pinch of dried nightshade petals, this drink was carefully prepared by the legendary Talen-Jei, an Argonian bartender, when he worked in Gideon. The inspiration for this lightly bitter, dark-colored, spicy but smooth drink is, according to rumors and myths, based on one of his long-dead friends, an assassin in the service of the Shadowscales by the surname of LeChance.

White-Gold Tower Dragon's Tongue, Lavender, Mead, Milk (Heavy Cream) A mixture of high-quality heavy cream from High Rock, and blended Skyrim meads layered together, with a crown of fluffed heavy cream, and topped with dragon's tongue and lavender syrups and petals. Talen-Jei, a legendary Argonian bartender, put this drink together while in Gideon, in a semblance of the White-Gold Tower's appearance, and its thick sweetness is similar to a Bretic syllabub, albeit with a strong Colovian kick.

Morrowind

Balmora Blue Comberry, Grapes, Moon Sugar A highly illegal and extremely potent, addictive narcotic wine once brewed in Balmora, banned throughout the Empire as a dangerous drug. When the Red Year wiped Balmora off the face of Vvardenfell, alongside most other towns and cities, it also destroyed any records of the recipe and killed all of its manufacturers and distillers, making it just about impossible to replicate. Nowadays, the only way to find some of it is to track down sunken ships involved in the cartels' wars, or to scavenge in the dangerous, ash-buried ruins of Balmora.
Greef Comberry A rough but potent comberry brandy.
Mazte Rice (Saltrice) Made from fermented saltrice, mazte is a cheap and very popular beer for Dunmeri locals.
Skyrim: 5G, 0.5W, Restore 10 points of Stamina, resist Frost by 20 points and damage Magicka regeneration by 25 points for 20 minutes.
Mourning Tea Gortea Leaf, Honey A bright red, astringent bitter tea made from the winter leaves of the Deshaan gorapple trees, using a brewing ceremony that originates from Indoril, sweetened with honey, and popularized in Mournhold by Almalexia herself. The tea is said to have been a favorite of Indoril Nerevar for its soothing and focusing properties, and is quite popular with diplomats and military commanders, and as an offering to make to the Ancestors.

Sweet-Briar Mead Honey Mead produced from the Sweet-Briar Meadery mostly with Goldenglow Estate honey. It was once called Black-Briar mead, and distinguishing itself from many other honey meads by its use of spices and slightly-burnt boiled honey, giving it a piquant, lightly-bitter taste. The meadery, once owned by the Black-Briar family, was bought by an enigmatic person by the name of "Sweetbriar Rose", shortly after the mysterious deaths of the entire Black-Briar family, and rumored to have been the Guildmaster of the Skyrim Thieves' Guild. With the shift in management, there was also a shift in name and manner of operation.

Sweet-Briar Reserve Honey A Private Reserve high-quality mead from the Sweet-Briar Meadery, produced exclusively with Goldenglow Estate honey, using the unique Sweet-Briar cooking method involving lightly-burnt boiled honey and a peppery spice blend being added in before fermentation, then aged for several years. It was once known as Black-Briar Reserve, but its name changed when ownership of the meadery shifted hands from the Black-Briar family to the mysterious "Sweetbriar Rose" after the suspicious deaths of the entire family.

Solstheim

Ashfire Mead Honey, Juniper Berry Once brewed by the Nords of Thirsk, when the Rieklings took over the mead hall, they eventually took over the production of mead as well, and developed a taste for Ashfire mead, ensuring that the recipe would survive, even when the Nords of Thirsk were dishonored and wiped out.
Skyrim: 50G, 0.5W, Restore 40 points of Stamina, damage Stamina regeneration by 50 points for 10 minutes.
Emberbrand Wine Honey, Seasoning (Cinnamon) An alcoholic homemade spirit concocted by the Raven Rock guards, in an attempt to mimic Firebrand wine. It's tremendously strong, enough so that many struggle to even finish a single flask, and just as addictive. Considered contraband in the possession of the Redoran Guard, the spirit is quickly confiscated from guards on duty to stop them from falling asleep at their posts.

Sadri's Sujamma Barley (Obsidian Jau), Comberry, Lemon (Sweetbarrel Cactus) A Solstheim sujamma variant that was pioneered by Geldis Sadri, the founder of the Retching Netch cornerclub of Raven Rock. He spent most of his life pursuing the perfect sujamma, and this recipe became his legacy, distributed not only to the Morrowind mainland, but in Skyrim, Cyrodiil and Argonia as well.
