Her genome is "File 1", I've compared her with both mum1 and dad1, and the differences are the same, so for this article, "File 2" will be mum1, the default female banana norn genome engineered by the Shee.

This is the Decision lobe. The Genetics Kit automatically corrects this error where the minimum is higher than the maximum, but I can't see which way it does (by reducing min, or by boosting max?)… I'll try to have a look again if I ever fix the genetics kit, and using BrainViewer.

For now, though, the strength is that of the dendrites forming a connection. If that strength drops to 0, it's going to migrate and form a new link. Either Banana's are equivalent to 4 to 4, or to 130 to 130. Either way, it means that Banana will remember both the positive and negative consequences of an action more readily than usual, and if 130 is the number parsed, that means that even without reuse, she's going to remember it for a LONG time.

This is the Concept lobe. "STW" and "LTW" mean "short term weight" and "long term weight", respectively. If the model of I Am Ron's Brain is really the one used, this means that the connections in that lobe, instead of always providing their input, would instead need to be stimulated to give input, and slowly fade.

I think this might mean that Banana's ability to remember situations (the concept lobe's job) needs her to be exposed to that situation more often so she can remember it, though I'm unsure if "1" is a long or short time period before she forgets.

This is a basic mutation that says that when Banana is infected with a bacteria that causes antigen 4, she should make antibody 5. So she can only really rely on the supplies of antibody 4 that she received at birth when she hatched, making her generate an unrelated antibody (which coincidentally doesn't have a birth default value and is instead set to 0, I think) when she's attacked by antigen 4.
